基于UG的虚拟数控仿真系统的研究

摘    要:面向数控铣削,开发了一套基于UG/ISV模块的虚拟数控铣削仿真系统,利用UG软件中的二次开发技术建立标准件库,以XK5032A数控铣床为对象建立虚拟数控铣床,并对UG/ISV模块功能进行深入的研究建立虚拟数控仿真系统.通过对某一零件的加工,详细讨论整个虚拟仿真过程.

Abstract:Facing the process of numerical control milling, a UG-based simulation system of virtual NC milling is developed. Using the second development of UG to found a Standard Part Library, taking XK5032A NC milling machine as object to set up a virtual NC milling machine and researching the function of UG/ISV module deeply to found a virtual NC simulation system. From a part of milling process, the whole process of virtual simulation is discussed in detailed.
