| 摘 要： | 通过实例介绍了一种实用简单的弹性梁结构刚度矩阵计算方法,可广泛应用于含有弹性梁结构的惯性器件如传感器的设计中。最后介绍了该算法的一种应用,并用ANSYS有限元软件分析验证了其正确性。

| Abstract: | A simple rigidity matrix arithmetic method of elastic beam is introduced.It can be widely used in the design of inertia devices such as sensors which contains some elastic beams.At last an application of rigidity matrix in the accelerometer design is introduced,and its correctness is confirmed in ANSYS environment. |
