热压双保温工艺在薄壁金刚石钻头制造中的应用

摘    要:用热压制造壁金刚钻头,在我国已有近20年的历史。但钻头制造中的烧结工艺始终没有进行较大的改进。本文通过对粉末冶金原理的探讨,提出了钻头烧结过程过程中的双保温工艺。实践证明,采用双保温工艺烧结钻头,可 胎体内部结构更加均匀,从而改善和提高了胎体的力学性能,有效地解决了钻头使用中胎体出现的裂纹问题。

Abstract:The manufacture of thin kerf diamond bit by sintering process with hot pressing and its application in China have experienced nearly twenty years. However, the sintering process in manufacturing bit has not been obviously improved. Through discussing power metallurgy principle,this paper presents double heat preservation method during bit sintering process. Experiences have proved that the interior structure of bit matrix in more uniform, but using the double heat preservation method. Thus the mechanical properties of the bit matrix are improved and the matrix cracking during application is avoided.
