芳烃抽余油的综合利用

摘    要:运用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件对芳烃抽余油系统进行了流程模拟。通过蒸馏切割工艺,对芳烃抽余油中的烯烃进行加氢饱和,蒸馏生产6号溶剂油及120号溶剂油产物,有效收率分别达到66%和23%。选取NCG型苯加氢催化剂,对6号溶剂油进行加氢脱芳烃精馏可生产出异己烷油(w>95%)和工业正己烷(w>60%)。而利用特殊的精制精馏(如分子筛吸附分离法等),通过对6号溶剂油、120号溶剂油进行加工,可以获得优质的正己烷(w>95%)、正庚烷(w>98%)。

Abstract:Comprehensive utilization of hydrocarbon extracted oil based on the study of the aromatic hydrocarbon's properties is studied.Through simulation with Aspen Plus software,it is found that 6~# solvent oil and 120~# solvent oil can be obtained with the yield of 66% and 23%,respectively,by hydrogenation of the corresponding alkenes.Furthermore,with NCG benzene hydrogenation catalyst,through the hydrogenation and distillation of of 6~# solvent oil,isohexane(>95%)and industrial hexane(>60%)can be obtained.In addition,through special refined rectification,such as molecular sieve adsorption,of 6~# solvent oil and 120~# solvent oil,high quality isohexane(>95%)and n-heptane (>98%)can be obtained.
