| 摘 要： | 本文通过分析虚拟仪器系统开发平台LabVIEW和过程信息管理系统(PIMS)软件的特点,结合实际工程应用,通过DDE(动态数据交换)实现这两种软件间数据接口的方法。该方法是将HART协议智能仪表采集到的数据引入到PIMS系统中,从而和DCS上使用的数据共同进行组态,绕过了开发专用DCS-HART转换卡的不便,扩展了过程信息管理系统组态软件的开发功能。

| Abstract: | The characteristics for developing environment of virtual instrument (LabVIEW) and process information management system (PIMS) are in this paper discussed. The method of dynamic data exchange between LabVIEW and PIMS has been successfully ap- plied in real field. The data from intelligent instrument with HART protocol are sent to PIMS using the method that is in this paper presented, the data from DCS and HART can be together managed. The difficulty of developing DCS- HART conversion device will be avoided, at the same time, the developing functions of PIMS software will be expanded. |
