The Development Analysis of Renewable Energy in China

The world is facing the double crisis of resource depletion and climate change, China as a rapid development of developing countries, under the huge pressure of energy saving and pollutant reduction. And developing renewable energy sources on a large scale is an effective way for our country to restructure energy structure and develop the low-carbon economy. The article describes our country the general situation of the shortage of fossil fuel, greenhouse gas emissions and the development of renewable energy, and illustrates the ne- cessity and urgency of our country to develop renewable energy from its own conditions, then points out that the renewable energy industry of our country has got a good development due to the government＇ s strong policy support, however, there＇ s been a certain gap when com- pared with international advanced level.
