摘    要:分析了辉钼矿焙烧烟尘中铼的含量及其分布规律,发现烟尘中含有大量末被氧化的MoS2,采用酸浸取法可以将铼转入溶液,再经离子交换吸附使铼/钼获得提取和分离,最终制得纯净的铼酸铵晶体.

Abstract:Grade of rhenium in the fume of calcinating MoS 2 ore has been analysed ,and the leaching of rhenium from the fume has been complected.Results have been shown that rhenium in the fume produced by calcination of MoS 2 ore be diluted by the fine powder of MoS 2 and MoO 3.In this case,the maximum content of rhenium is less than 0.13%,The dissolution rate of rhenium in the fume is up to 91% with the sulfuric acid.The separation factor of rhenium/molybdenum is up to 38.8 with the anion exchange resin.
