High-frequency sintering of multilayer ceramic capacitors

Abstract:
Results of sintering multilayer ceramic capacitors by a high-frequency field are presented. It is shown that half-finished multilayer ceramic capacitors subjected to a high-frequency field are sintered in 5–15 min instead of the several hours taken in the conventional method.
