基于稳压管开关电路的混合式无弧交流接触器

摘    要:在电容降压原理的基础上提出了一种基于稳压管开关电路的混合式无弧交流接触器的控制方案.进行了电路设计,阐述了工作原理,进行了试验验证.结果表明,该新型混合式交流接触器可以稳定地实现无弧接通和分断功能,整个电路简单、体积小、成本低、通用性强,能有效地提高交流接触器的工作可靠性和使用寿命.

Abstract:On the basis of capacitor dropping voltage theory, a new control scheme of hybrid AC contactor based on the zener diode switching circuit was proposed. The circuit design and working principle were described, and the experimental verification was carried out. The results indicate thaL the new hybrid AC contactor can stably achieve the function of arcless closing and breaking. It can effectively enhance the working reliability and the service life of the contactor. The control scheme has the advantages of simple contral ,small size,low cost and universal property.
