低压永磁真空断路器的控制及通信设计

在分析单稳态永磁操动机构的真空断路器结构特性和工作原理的基础上，综合微处理器技术、电器技术和通信技术，研究了永磁真空断路器的智能化控制模块的总体设计结构。分析了智能化低压永磁真空断路器Modbus、Profibus—DP现场总线的硬件结构和通信原理，探讨了各自的通信命令格式及软件系统设计。实现了智能化永磁真空断路器的可选择性远程通信、监测与控制技术，对于提高智能电网供电水平、自动化程度和安全性具有工程应用价值。

Control and Communication Design of Low Voltage Permanent Magnet Vacuum Circuit Breaker

Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics and working principle of the mono-stable permanent magnet （PM） vacuum circuit breaker, the overall structure design of intelligent control module for the PM vacuum circuit breaker was studied by integrating with the microprocessor, electrical apparatus and communication technologies. The hardware structures and communication principles of the Modbus and Profibus-DP fieldbus communications for low voltage intelligent PM vacuum circuit breaker were investigated. The communication command format and software system design were discussed respectively. As a result, the optional remote communication, monitoring and control technology of intelligent PM vacuum circuit breaker are achieved, which is of great value in engineering application for improving the overall supply level, the degree of automation and security of the smart grid.
