摘    要:为了解决无功补偿电容组投切时造成的电流冲击和电压震荡的问题,设计了一种基于单片机的无功补偿器复合开关。通过双向晶闸管和磁保持继电器相结合的方式,实现过零平滑投切,性能可靠、能耗低,在电路设计上使用了一种检测电路使智能复合开关具有多种检测的功能,增加了系统的安全可靠性。以单片机为控制器,使智能复合开关具有多种控制方式。在实际的低压无功补偿应用中具有很好的效果。

Abstract:This paper presented a microcontroller based reactive power compensator compound switch through combination of thyristor and latching relay to solve the shock of current and voltage in the solution of the capacitor switching. It can achieve zero smooth switching, reliable performance and low energy consumption. Strengthening the protection of the thyristor in the circuit design and cleverly using of a detection circuit with a variety of detection capability increase the safety and reliability of the system. There are several control methods because of using single chip control. It received good effect in the low voltage reactive power compensation application.
