| Abstract: | The color film phosphating process was improved , and the cost of phosphating agent was reduced by 50%. The formula of the improved process was presented, and the effects of each component were introduced. The influences of acidity, processing method, drying time on the phosphate coating quality were analyzed. The applications show that the phosphating film has even color and luster, good corrosion resistance and adhesion. |
