| 摘 要： | 随着企业新的业务系统的不断推出,陆续建设的IT管理系统会暴露出许多问题,如管理模式不统一、管理工具难以整合、管理流程效率低等。为此建立的企业运维总控中心(EnterpriseCommandCenter)是对大型企业IT运行环境实施集中监控、指挥调度和技术支持的平台和实体。ECC将对所有关键的、支撑不同业务系统的IT环境进行端到端的集中监控,并支持各种不同的指挥调度手段,运维人员也将通过它提供对企业不同业务的技术支持。

| Abstract: | With the introduction of new enter-prise service system,many problems will e-merged from the IT management system,such as disunified manage ment mode,hard-to-intergrate manage ment tool and low management efficiency.For this pur pose,Enterprise Command Center(ECC)is a platform and en tity that is set up to perform cen tralized moni toring,control and tech-nical support for IT operation environ ment in large enterprise.ECC will perform cen tralized end -to -end moni toring on all key IT en viron-ment that supports different service sys tems and will support different control mode.Mainte nance staff will provide technical support to dif ferent services in the en terprise through this cen ter.< |
