旋转磁场磁性磨粒光整加工内孔磁路的数值模拟及实验研究

摘    要:提出了旋转磁场磁性磨粒光整加工新工艺,进行了旋转磁场磁性磨粒光整加工内孔时磁路的结构设计,建立了数学模型,进行了磁路的数值模拟,确定了磁极合理的布置形式,以球形磁性磨粒为加工介质进行了实验研究,得到了磁极布置形式和回转速度对加工效果的影响曲线.研究表明磁场发生装置能够产生足够大的磁场强度实现内孔表面的光整加工,且磁极成90°布置时,光整加工效果最好.磁极的回转速度也影响加工效果,速度越高,加工效果越好.

Abstract:Rotation magnetic field magnetic abrasive finishing is advanced.Structure design of magnetic circuit is done and mathematical model is established.Reasonable arrangement form of magnetic pole is determined based on numerical simulation.Experimental study is done and Curves of finishing effect with arrangement form and speed is derived.The results showed that magnetic field generator can produce enough magnetic field intensity to realize the finishing of hole suface;finishing effect is best when magnetic pol...
