摘    要:对在役机床导轨面失效危害和失效原因进行了分析.在役机床导轨面失效不仅影响经济效益,还影响被加工工件的加工精度.导致在役机床导轨面失效的内因是在役机床导轨面材质的选择、在役机床导轨的结构型式;外因是润滑因素和负荷因素.

Abstract:Analysis about hazards and reasons to the failure of guideway for in-service machine tool were analysized.The failure of guideway for in-service machine tool not only affect the economic result,but also to affect the machining accuracy of workpiece.Internal reasons resulting in the failure of guideway for in-service machine tool were material,the structure type;external factors were the load factor and the lubrication.
