Abstract:This paper summarizes the present research and trend of electrochemical micro machining(ECMM),including the fundamental theories of ECMM,electrochemical micro machining technology and equipments of ECMM,influence factors of electrochemical micro machining and monitoring and controlling of the gap between tool cathode and workpiece anode,and key technology and development in the future.
