煤气洗涤废水生化处理技术的研究与应用

摘    要:
分析了传统的A/O法、反硝化脱氮、微污染处理、混凝-沉淀-过滤等污水处理技术,结合煤气洗涤废水的水质特点,进行优化组合,确定了煤气洗涤废水的生化处理工艺路线:采用传统的A/O生化处理工艺和短程硝化与反硝化技术相结合,较好地解决了煤化工行业以煤气洗涤废水为主的高氨氮废水污染的问题,实现了废水资源化。

Abstract:
Analysis and study were made on the traditional A/O process,the technologies of denitrification,the micro-pollution treatment process,the coagulation-sedimentation-filtration and double-membrane process.Based on the characteristics of wastewater from gas washing,we made an optional regrouping of the above processes and finalized the mew process for bio-treating the coal gasification scrubbing wastewater,i.e.the traditional A/O bio-treatment technology combined with the shortcut nitrification-denitrification technology which can properly solve the pollution problem of the wastewater from the coal chemical industry that contains much ammonia and nitrogen.In this way,we can turn the sewage into a resource.
