磁场对电刷镀铁晶粒择优取向的影响

摘    要:本文使用自行开发的除铁以外不含其它金属元素的镀液,采用电磁铁、块状永磁铁及带有磁场的阳极等三种静磁场方式,对电刷镀铁镀层晶粒的择优取向特性进行了实验研究。结果表明,磁场方向及基体材料对电刷镀铁晶粒的择优取向有显著影响。最后得出推论;不均匀磁场对粒子磁矩的作用是磁场与基体影响择优取向的机制。

Effects of Mngnetic Field on Preferred Orientations of Electric Brush Platad Iron Grains

Abstract:Using a new kind of brush-plating solution developed by ourse- lves which containing only the metal element of iron,and the three types of static magnetic fields (electromagnet,permanent magnet block and anode with magnetic field),we studied the preferred orientation properties of electric brush plated iron grains.The results showed that the directoins of magnetic fields and the substrates had significant influences on preferred orientations of iron grains.Finally,a deduction was proposed: it was the ffects on the magnetic moments of particles created by the ununiform magnetic fielld that influenced the preferred orientation of the substrate.
