| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the water quality and its changing trend of Xinyu section of Yuanhe River,determined the important factors of function regionalization,protectiong objective and total amount control of pollution.It also calculated the environmental capacity of this section ,and at last put forword the plan of total amount control. |
