摘    要:借鉴国内最新技术研究成果,结合武钢某冷轧含油乳化液废水处理实例,探索一种将气浮、超滤、生化合理组合,并能灵活控制的新处理思路。经系列工业化试验表明,此工艺投资省、运行成本低,能很好解决冷轧含油乳化液废水COD达标排放问题,排水CODCr小于100mg/L。

Abstract:In terms of the domestic latest technology, taking for example the disposal of oil-containing emulsion waste water from cold rolling of Wuhan Iron and Steel (Group) Co, it investigated a new process that integrated reasonably air floatation, ultrafiltration and biochemistry, and the process could be controlled flexibly. The series industrial test results indicated that this process had less investment and low running cost. It could make the oil-containing emulsion waste water COD reach the drainage standard and CODCr in drainage was less than 100mg/L.
