摘    要:以β-环糊精及其衍生物为介质,用微波法提取黄芪多糖提取液,在模拟人体胃液条件下,采用分光光度法测定了黄芪多糖对亚硝酸根的清除能力。实验表明:加入β-环糊精能使黄芪多糖提取液对亚硝酸盐的清除能力从29.1%提高到50.2%。同时确定了以β-环糊精及其衍生物为介质,在455W功率下提取2 min为提取的最佳条件。此时黄芪多糖提取液对亚硝酸根的清除率为51.4%。

Abstract:Microwave method was used to extract astragalus polysaccharides fromβ-cyclodextrin and its derivatives.Under simulated human gastric juice,the removing capability of astragalus polysaccharides on the nitrite was determined by spectrophotometry.The experimental results indicated that β-CD can improve the capability of scavenging sodium nitrite from 29.1% to 50.2%,and the optimum conditions for the extraction were as follows: microwave power 455w,extraction time 2 min and the removing capability of astragalus polysaccharides to the nitrite was 51.4%.
