| Abstract: | In the paper,on the basis of development history of domestic methyl chlorosilane,the key problem of methyl chlorosilane manufacturing technology,the achievement,present situation,subsistent problem and developing trend were all introduced.Some ideas and proposals for improving methyl chlorosilane manufacturing technology were put forward at the same time. |
