摘    要:针对国华沧东电厂1^#机组600 MW汽轮机在调试及生产运营过程中轴封系统存在的问题及改造措施,通过机组运行过程中现场实际试验和理论分析,对调试及生产运营阶段1^#机组出现的低压轴封压力过低、影响机组启动时间、低压轴封母管振动大、轴封温度低、汽机真空低等一系列问题进行了处理和改进,有效地提高了1#机组在运行过程中的安全性和经济性.

Abstract:According to the problems and improvement measures of gland seal system during testing or operation of 1# turbine,through practical site tests and theoretical analysis,a serial of problems such as too low pressure of low-pressure gland seal which impacts on starting time of unit,strong vibration of low-pressure gland seal manifold,low temperature of gland seal,low vacuum of steam turbine have been well treated and improved,it effectively enhances the stability and economical efficiency of running power plant unit.
