摘    要:为减少在役支柱绝缘子断裂事故,提高其检出率及检测速度,笔者首次研究了将整体损伤检测法——振动法引入绝缘子检测的可行性,并设计了4个试样绝缘子的自由悬挂与地面放置状态试验,用力锤激励绝缘子使其振动并采集加速度响应信号,对采集的信号分别进行频谱分析和小波包分析,以提取损伤特征参数,并比较这两种信号处理方法的优劣。结果表明,用3层小波包分解的信号处理方法可有效检测出支柱绝缘子4 mm深的裂纹损伤。
