摘    要:鄂钢5号高炉从2013年3月份开始配吃"杂矿",通过稳定焦炭质量,微调烧结矿碱度,高炉运用上、中、下部相结合的调整措施,保证了炉况的长期稳定顺行,生铁成本逐步降低,2013年1-6月,生铁成本累计降至2 313元/t。

Abstract:Low quality iron ore melting practice was started in Ecsteel No. 5 blast furnace since March 2013. By meanings of stabilizing the coke quality, adjusting the alkalinity, and coordinating the top, middle and bottom parts of the blast furnace, the long term smooth operation of the blast furnace was achieved. The hot metal cost was gradually decreased. The accumulated unit cost of the hot metal was 2 313 Yuan/t over the period from January to June of 2013.
