偶联剂处理PZT压电陶瓷效果研究

摘    要:研究了硅烷偶联剂和钛酸酯偶联剂对PZT压电陶瓷的表面处理,通过红外光谱和扫描电镜照片对比了不同偶联剂的处理效果,同时与未经偶联剂处理的陶瓷进行对比。进一步研究了偶联剂处理前、后陶瓷与高分子树脂之间的结合力,经硅烷偶联剂KH-550处理后,陶瓷与高分子树脂间互相浸润、渗透,增加了二者的结合力。

Abstract:The surface treatment of PZT piezoelectric ceramic disposed by silicone hydride resin acceptor and titanate resin acceptor was studied. The disposal effects were compared with different resin acceptor and untreated PZT piezoelectric ceramic by infrared spectrum and scanning electron photomicrograph. The bonding force of ceramic and macromolecule resin were further studied before disposed and after disposed of ceramic. After disposed by silicone hydride resin acceptor KH 550, ceramic and macromolecule resin molecule were infiltrated mutually, the bonding force of ceramic and macromolecule resin are advanced.
