数据库读写分离架构在医院信息系统中的设计及应用

摘    要:保障医院信息系统的高效可用,构建基于数据库读写分离的系统架构,实现数据上传共享。通过数据库复制软件扩展出多个用来提供读操作应用的复制库,将数据的统计查询、报表应用、数据上传等需求从生产库中分离出来,构建数据读写分离新架构。较传统的读写混合架构有效地减轻了生产库的压力,使得数据查询和数据上传高效实时。数据库读写分离架构既提高了医院信息系统的高效性、安全性,保障了医院主要业务的正常开展,同时又实现了数据的上传共享。

Abstract:In order to ensure the efficient use of hospital information systems and achieve data upload and shareby buildinga system architecture based on database read-write separation technologies. Using the database replication softwareto generate a number of replication databaseto provide read operation applications. Separating data query, report application, data upload and other requirements from the production database as well as building a new architecture based on database read-write separation technologies. Comparing to the traditional read-write hybrid architecture, it reduces the pressure of the production database effectively, making the data query and data upload efficient and real-time. The database read-write separation architecture not only improves the efficiency and security of the hospital information system, but also ensures the normal development of the hospital’s main business, and realizes the data uploading and sharing at the same time.
