微量Ce和Y对Cu-Cr-Zr合金时效特性和电滑动磨损行为的影响

摘    要:探讨了加入微量稀土元素Ce和Y对Cu-Cr-Zr合金时效析出特性和电磨损性能的影响.结果表明,在Cu-Cr-Zr合金中加入微量稀土元素,经固溶、时效处理后,可有效提高合金的显微硬度,而电导率略有降低.添加微量稀土元素对合金的电滑动磨损性能有改善作用,最高可使磨损率下降9.9% (体积分数);但随着电流强度的增加,其作用有所下降.

Abstract:The influence of adding traces rare earth elements,such as Ce and Y on the aging behavior and electrical wear resistance of the Cu-Cr-Zr alloys was investigated.The results show that with the addition of trace RE,microhardness of the alloys increases obviously,but electric conductivity of the alloys decreases slightly after solution and aging treatment.The trace RE addition improves the electrical sliding wear resistance of the alloys and the highest drop value of the wear rate is 9.9%(vol).However,the improvement effect of RE on electrical sliding wear resistance decreases slightly with increasing the current intensity.
