| Abstract: | Focusing on the resistor oven with huge capacity and pure lag, a kind of expert intelligence thermal controller was introduced, the design of expert intelligence controlling was mentioned as well, furthermore, the methods of cold-end compensation and linearization of thermal couple, and the adjustment of thermal power conditioner were recommended synchronously. By practical usage, it had been proved that the thermal controller had the characteristics of stable and high precision. |
