基于模糊理论L-R模糊数对压缩机主轴的疲劳可靠性分析

摘    要:针对压缩机主轴在使用中频繁发生断裂这一问题,用模糊理论L-R模糊数法有针对性地给出其安全使用概率与寿命之间的关系。通过算例表明,应用L-R模糊数数值计算方法计算主轴的失效可能度,即得出可靠度R=0.979580,与常规设计中可靠度的计算相对比,L-R模糊数由于在某种程度上反映设计中的复杂性,故计算结果更能反映实际结构和零件强度的真实情况,与工程实际更吻合。

Abstract:Aiming at the high frequency of the fracture of compressor shaft,the relationship between the probability of sureness and the use life of compressor shaft was given by L-R fuzzy number method of fuzzy theory.Based on examples,the numerical calculation method of L-R fuzzy number is applied to calculate the failure possibility of shaft,and the reliability of compressor shaft is obtained,that is R=0.979580.L-R fuzzy number can reflect the complexity of the design in some degree,therefore,the calculation result...
