山东某钛铁矿的磁选试验研究

摘    要:
对山东某钛铁矿磁选—浮选流程中的磁选部分进行了试验研究,结果表明,当给矿中TiO2品位为9.40%时,采用磨矿—弱磁场磁选—强磁再选工艺处理该矿石,获得了含TiO2为16.01%的精矿,其回收率为65.65%,该试验为后续浮选获得最终钛精矿奠定了基础。

Abstract:
Shandong Institute and Laboratory of Geological Sciences carried out the experiment of the magnetic separation in the magnetic separation-flotation flowsheet for the certain ilmenite in Shandong.The result of test is as followings:at a TiO2 content of feed ore being 9.40%,laboratory beneficiation study with the processing flowsheet of grinding,low-intensity magnetic separation and high-intensity magnetic separation showed that a titanium concentrate with TiO2 grade of 16.01% was obtained,with a separating recovery of 65.65%.The experiment had laid a solid foundation for obtaining a final titanium concentrate by the next flotation.
