电动加载系统多余力特性分析

摘    要:给出了一种电动加载系统的模型,通过把承载系统的角速度作为加载系统的干扰,研究了加载系统多余力的特性,主要分析了加速度和系统刚度对多余力的影响.通过仿真分析了多余力对系统幅频特性的影响,结果表明合理设计系统转动惯量和刚度可抑制多余力.

Abstract:Based on the model of a kind of electric loading, regarding the angle speed of load-carrying system as the interference for the loading system, the characteristic of plus torque was researched, the effect of angle acceleration and system rigidity on plus torque was analyzed. The effect of plus torque to the system characteristics of frequency and amplitude was analyzed by simulation, results show that the plus torque could be restrained by rational choice of rigidity and moment of inertia.
