| 摘 要： | 校园建设和管理是高校长期规划的目标。提出以教育为本,长期规划,管理制度化的建设原则,阐明了具体的实施办法,指出校园建设和管理目标要处理好的几种关系,以营造环境优美,积极上进的氛围。

| Abstract: | The campus construction and management is a long period planning object of university. In this paper the construction principle "based on education, long period planning and institutionalization management" is proposed, at the same time corresponding implementation measures are elaborated. The relations between campus construction and management object are pointed out in order to create beautiful environment and positive atmosphere. |
