共聚醚酯型TPEE热处理温度的研究

摘    要:对TPEE在不同温度下热处理过程中η_(sp)/C与一COOH含量的变化的研究表明,热处理过程中存在着链增长与链降解两种反应,低湿下以链增长为主,高温下链降解占优势。当温度在100~130℃热处理时,链增长与降解出现动态平衡,比浓粘度及端羧基含量基本无变化。经热处理后试样的耐热性变差。

Abstract:This paper studies the changes of η_(sp)/C and carboxyl content in the process of TPEE heat treating at differenttemperature. It is shown that there are two kinds of reaction between chain growth and chain degradation inthe process of heat treating,chain lengthening is preferential at low temperature, while at high temperature,chain degradation has an advantage. Chain growth and chain degradation form dynamic balance when heattreating at the temperature of 100~130℃,while the reduced viscosity and terminal carboxyl content have nochanges.The heat resisting of sample after heat treating goes bad.
