| 摘 要： | 为了提高抽油效率,设计了一种新型真空抽油泵。利用工程软件Pro/E为设计工具,创建了油泵的结构模型,进行了干涉检验和三维运动仿真。试制了油泵样机,并进行了试验研究。试验表明该油泵具有体积小、容积效率高、密封性和自吸性好等特点。具有良好的应用前景。

| Abstract: | A new type vacuum oil pump was designed,which can improve pumping efficiency.The structure model of the oil pump was constructed and the dynamic interference was checked by using Pro/E. 3-D dynamic simulation of the oil pump was also carried out in Pro/E after design.The prototype was manufactured and test.The experiment shows that the pump has small size,high cubage efficiency,good sealing and self-absorbing.It has a good application prospect. |
