广西红土镍矿冶炼工艺及环保现状

摘    要:介绍了广西处理红土镍矿的三种冶炼工艺:RKEF、高炉和常压酸浸,对三种工艺的技术特点、能耗、回收率等方面进行了对比分析,认为RKEF工艺将会成为广西未来处理红土镍矿的主流工艺。另外还介绍了三种工艺的环保现状,针对冶炼工艺及环保现状存在的问题提出了相应的对策,指出广西镍产业未来的发展方向。

Abstract:Three kinds of smelting processes for laterite - nickel ore treatment in Guangxi are introduced: RKEF, blast furnace and atmospheric pressure acid leaching, the contrastive analysis of the three technologies are conducted on technical feature, energy consumption, recovery rate and the other aspects, the RKEF technology is considered to be the main technology in the future for the treatment of laterite - nickel ore in Guangxi. The current situation of environmental protection about the three technologies isalso introduced, and the corresponding countermeasures for smelting technologies and the existing problems of environmental protection are proposed. The future direction for nickel industry of Guangxi is pointed out.
