小型热管式通风换气装置的模拟研究

摘    要:对小型热管式通风换气装置热管的几何尺寸、倾斜角、充液量、工质的物性、工质温度、管质材料等进行选择,分析其传热机理,运用集总参数法和热阻网络分析,结合Matlab语言编程对热管进行设计计算,优化和改进热虹吸管的结构参数,使其发挥最大限度的传热效能.在热管基本定型的情况下,对小型通风换气装置提出2种适用的优化设计模型,并采用离散计算模型,运用有效度一传热单元数(ε-NTU)法,通过多次迭代对小型通风换气装置内温度场的模拟计算.

Abstract:The obliquity of the air exchanger equipment, the percentage of the liquid, the properties and the temperature of the liquid, the materials of the tube and so on were selected to analyze the principle of heat transfer of the equipment.
