多风路空冷汽轮发电机定子内流体流动与传热耦合计算与分析

摘    要:根据大型空冷汽轮发电机多风路通风系统内流体流动与传热的特点,建立了定子多风路通风系统三维流动与传热耦合计算的物理模型和数学模型,并给出求解域相应的边界条件及假设条件,采用有限体积法对三维流体场和温度场控制方程进行耦合计算;对定子各个径向通风沟内的流体速度、温度以及电机各部分温度的空间分布特性进行分析,并将耦合场计算结果与实测结果进行比较分析,为多风路大型电机综合物理场的准确计算提供理论依据.

Abstract:Firstly,the mathematical and physical model of 3-D fluid and temperature coupling field inside the stator multipath ventilation system are established according to the characteristics of fluid-flow and heat-transfer,which are numerically calculated using finite volume method(FVM) according to corresponding boundary conditions and hypothesis.Then the fluid velocity and temperature of the stator radial ventilation ducts and dimensional distribution characteristics of temperature in every part of the generator...
