摘    要:本文用HZ型固体酸催化剂制备戊酸系列酯及羧酸系列辛酯,催化剂用0.1—0.3克(以摩尔羧酸计),在90—140℃下羧酸和醇反应4—5小时,酯产率均可达93%以上。试验探讨了催化剂用量,料比、反应时间对酯产率的影响。对酯产物进行了物理性质测定,其结果与文献值或计算值基本相符。试验表明HZ型固体酸是饱和直链羧酸和伯醇直接酯化的特效催化剂。


Catalytic Esterification of Carboxylic Acid with Solid Acids (Ⅰ)
Abstract:HZ-type solid acids were used as catalysts for preparing pentoic acid esters and octyl esters of carboxylic acids. 0.1 to 0.3 gram of the catalyst based on tools of carboxylic acid was used. The reaction between carboxylic acid and alcohol took place at 90—100℃ for 4—5 hours with a yield of over 93%. The effect of the amount of the catalyst used, on yield of ester ratio of feedstocks and reaction time was investigated. The physical properties of the esters were found to be in correspondence with the calculated values as well as those published in the literature. Experiment results indicated that HZ-type solid acids were ideal catalysts for direct esterification of straight chain carboxylic acids and primary alcohols.
