| 摘 要： | 在兖矿集团首次使用SGZ－764／500WK型刮板输送机过程中，发生了中部溜槽中板上弯变形的情况，造成刮板E型螺栓弯曲与折断，刮扳两端磨损加重，飘断链事故频繁发生。在拆检的96节中部溜槽上，中板均有不同程序的上弯变形，其平均变形量为74mm，最大变形量达问mm，滔槽中板上弯情况如图1所示n1上弯变形愿因分析该刮板输送机的突出特点是框架结构，挡板、铲板和封底三位一体，中部溜槽置于框架之间，通过哑铃销联接。11底板浮煤的影响经过工作面的实际测量，底板在没有浮煤的情况下，刮板上平面与溜槽中极的间隙为14mm，而在实际运行中，由…
