| 摘 要： | 以四甲基环四硅氧烷为原料,通过硅氢化加成合成星型中间体聚醚四甲基环四硅氧烷(DPESO),再用马来酸酐进行羧基化,制得一种星型羧基改性聚醚硅氧烷低聚体(DCPES),并采用红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对其结构进行表征.对DCPES及氨乙基氨丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷(ASO-1 )/DCPES复配体系在棉织物上的应用性能进行的研究表明:经DCPES处理后的织物,柔软性能有所提高,静态吸水时间缩短,白度与空白样基本相同；在ASO-1用量不变的情况下,ASO-1/DCPES复配体系中DCPES含量越多,处理织物柔软度越差,白度越高,静态吸水时间越短.当氨基硅乳与DCPES水溶液质量比为1∶0.5时,被处理棉布的综合性能较好.

| Abstract: | A star-shaped intermediate,polyether tetramethylcyclotetrasiloxane(DPESO),is firstly synthesized using hydrosilylation method with tetramethylcyclotetrasiloxane and an allyl polyether.Then a novel star-shaped carboxyl modified polyether siloxane oligomer(DCPES) is prepared by the esterif ication reaction with DPESO and maleic anhydride.The chemical structure is characterized by IR and 1~H-NMR.The application performance of DCPES and compound system ASO-1/DCPES on the cotton fabric is also investigated.The f... |
