基于CAN总线的装甲车辆电气系统检测

摘    要:针对传统的装甲车辆电气设备检测的缺陷,利用CAN总线构建了网络化检测系统。该系统将待检测子系统作为总线上的节点,以C8051F040单片机为控制单元,通过相应接口电路连接到待测节点;进行了CAN总线应用层的通信协议的开发和实现,使系统具有良好的实时数据采集、处理和通信功能,并将数据处理结果通过CAN总线上传到上位机。实现了对装甲车辆电气系统的实时监测、状态检测和在线故障诊断。

Abstract:Considering the detection of defects of the traditional for armored vehicles electrical equipment,Participation CAN bus to build a network detection system.The system will be detected each subsystem as a bus network node,A C8051F040singlechip is used the control unit,through the corresponding interface circuit connected to the node;CAN bus application layer communication protocol is developed and realized,Make the system have the function of real-time data acquisition,data processing and communication and processing results uploaded to the PC via the CAN bus.Achieving real-time monitoring of the armored vehicle’s electrical system,condition monitoring and fault diagnosis.
