摘 要: | 采用硫酸铵分级沉淀与离子交换相结合的方法从市售的木瓜蛋白酶干粉中分离纯化木瓜凝乳蛋白酶。结果表明Macro-Prep High S Support离子交换树脂比SP-Sepharose Fast Flow离子交换树脂能更好的分离纯化木瓜凝乳蛋白酶,经Macro-Prep High S Support交换树脂二次纯化的木瓜凝乳蛋白酶已达到了与标准品同样的纯度。

Abstract: | Chymopapain was purified from commercially available spray-dried latex of papaya fruit by (NH4)2SO4 fractionation and protein chromatography on SP-Sepharose Fast Flow and Macro-Prep High S Support cation-exchange column respectively. The results indicated Macro-Prep High S Support was superior to SP-Sepharose Fast Flow resin. The chymopapain whose purity equal to standard substance was get by twice protein chromatography on Macro-Prep High S Support. |
