稀土对呋喃树脂-柔性石墨复合材料性能的影响

摘    要:本文研究了不同种类稀土对呋喃树脂-柔性石墨复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,复合材料的肖氏硬度、电阻率、压缩率及回弹率明显地依赖于稀土种类与用量,在本实验条件下加入0.9%(wt)CeO2时,材料的综合性能最佳;而体积密度基本不受CeO2用量影响。结合表面形貌SEM分析,从稀土活性中心对树脂与石墨之间界面粘结力的影响以及稀土对树脂固化过程的助催化两方面初步探讨了稀土的作用机理。

Abstract:The influence of several kinds of rare earths on properties of furan resin/flexible graphite composite material was studied in the paper.The results showed that Shore hardness,specific resistance,compression ratio,and rebound resilience ratio of the material remarkably depended on the type and amount of added rare earths.And the properties reached the optimum values when adding 0.9%(wt)CeO 2 under this experimental condition.However,volume density was slightly affected by the addition amount of CeO 2.Moreover,the role mechanism of rare earths in the material was discussed both from the influence of rare earth activation centers on the interface cohesion power between the resin and graphite and from the catalytic promotion of rare earths on the solidifying process of the furan resin.
