| 摘 要： | 自行设计了４ 种裂纹试样，在其他工艺条件相同的情况下，用水玻璃砂、呋喃树脂砂、聚丙稀酸钠树脂砂分别对４ 种试样作工艺实验；对比试样铸件发生热裂纹的倾向， 以探讨薄壁铸钢件与型（ 芯） 砂种类及铸件结构的关系。

| Abstract: | Four Kinds of the hot tear samples were designed.In the same foundry condition,the castings of these samples were made by three different processes:furan resin sand process,silicate sand process and PANa resin sand process.Based on the comparison of hot tears on the different steel casting the relationship on the kinds of sand and the structure of the thin wall steel casting was explored. |
