摘    要:通过分析1720HC冷轧机工作原理及性能特点,建立了1720HC冷轧机工作机座三维模型及有限元模型。与以往模型相比,该模型充分考虑了由于窜辊、辊形、单侧驱动等因素带来的辊系不对称缺陷,最大程度减少了假设,极大提高了计算精度及结果可信度。按1#轧机最大轧制力施加载荷,在进行接触设置、约束后进行有限元模拟,得到最大轧制力下,工作机座应力、应变分布规律。其后分别对辊系及机架进行强度和刚度分析,并计算出轧机工作机座刚度为12470kN/mm。分析认为轧机结构合理,满足生产要求。计算结果不仅为HC冷轧机工作机座的结构设计提供理论指导,且对板形控制及轧制规程的制定具有实用价值。

Abstract:Through analysis of the operating principle and performance features of the 1 720 HC cold mill, the 3D model and finite element analytical model of the housing of 1 720 HC cold mill are established. Com-pared with the previous models, the asymmetry of roller family, caused by such factors as loller shift, roller contour and single side drive, is fully considered in this finite element analytic model. Assumption is minimized, the precision and reliability of calculation are greatly enhanced. Load is applied so that the l # mill provides the maximum rolling force. After setting the contact and constraint, finite element simulation is performed. The distribution of stress and strain of the housing under the maximum rolling force is thus obtained. The strength and stiffness of the roller family and the stand are analyzed. The stiffness of housing is calculated out to be 12 470 kN/mm. The analysis shows that the mill structure is reasonable and fully meets production requirements. The calculation results not only provide theoretical basis for the structure design of the housing of HC cold mill, but also are useful for the control of steel strip shapes and the establishment of roiling specifications.
