二苯羟乙酸糖酯酶促合成研究

摘    要:二苯羟乙酸衍生物及糖类化合物分别具有重要的生理功能,二苯羟乙酸糖酯有可能同样具有一定的生理价值。着重对这类化合物的酶促合成进行探讨,选择定位合成二苯羟乙酸糖酯,收率达26%。

Abstract:The derivatives of benzilic acid and fructose are significan in life sciences. Carbohdrate molecules represent a particularly challenging target for regioselective modifications due to their multitive hydroxyl groups. The 1-fructopyranosyl benzilate was synthesized by enzyme-catalyzed regioselective etherification of fi'uctose and actived esters of diphenyl glycolic acid in anhydrous pyridine with porcine pancreatic lipase.The yield of the product was 26%.
