摘    要:针对某公司六辊冷轧机,采用影响函数法建立了辊系变形计算模型并开发了相应的计算程序。利用所建辊系变形模型结合轧机的板形控制策略,建立了针对轧机的理论和在线两种弯辊力预设定模型。实例计算表明,所开发模型精度符合实际要求,可用于生产实际,为提高轧机板形控制预设定精度,改善轧机产品的板形质量提供了理论依据。

Abstract:It divided element method is used to develop the roll deformation calculation model for a single cold rolling mill,and the corresponding development of the program is also developed. With the mod-el,two kinds of bending force preset model are developed. The practical application shows that the accuracy can meet the requirement of shape control,and it is suitable for actual production.
