摘    要:通过利用六西格玛质量分析方法对硅钢热轧生产工艺数据进行分析,确定了加热温度、精轧机侧导板开口度余量为影响无取向硅钢热轧边部裂口缺陷的关键因子,通过使用响应曲面回归分析方法,对无取向硅钢热轧生产过程相关工艺参数进行优化,大幅减少了无取向硅钢生产过程中的热轧边部裂口缺陷。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the process data for producing the non-oriented silicon steel during hot rolling by Six Sigma Quality Analysis Method,it was determined that the heating temperature and margin width of the side guide to the finishing mill were the key factors for causing edge cracks of the hot rolled non-oriented silicon steel sheet.By using the response surface regression analysis method,the related technical parameters for producing the non-oriented silicon steel during hot rolling were optimized and then the edge cracks of the non-oriented silicon steel during hot rolling were greatly reduced.
