缺口件局部应力-应变关系影响因素的研究

摘    要:为了分析缺口件局部应力-应变关系的影响因素,利用有限元方法对多轴循环载荷下的中心圆孔缺口试件进行了弹塑性有限元分析,讨论了应力幅、平均应力以及多轴性对缺口部位局部应力-应变关系的影响.结果表明:正应力幅和多轴载荷影响迟滞回线的形状,表征着材料的损伤,是疲劳分析中的重要因素;平均应力不影响迟滞回线的面积,对损伤没有影响,它主要影响迟滞回线中心的位置,在疲劳分析中须引入平均应力修正.

Abstract:Abstract: An elastic-plastic finite element analysis is presented for a solid cylindrical specimen with transverse circular hole subjected to multiaxial cyclic loading. The effects of the stress amplitude, the mean-stress, and the multiaxiality on the local stress-strain responses are discussed. It is shown, that the stress amplitude and multiaxial load influence the shape and the mean-stress influences the location of the center of the stabilized hysteresis loop. So in the fatigue analysis the stress amplitude and the multiaxiality are important factors, and the mean-stress is introduced to correct the prediction model of fatigue life.
